The purpose of One NZ Rewards is to offer eligible One New Zealand customers the chance to access exclusive Offers and Competitions.

The personal information we collect from you will be used for the purpose of allowing customers to access the offers, and for any fulfilment of Competition prizes. The information will be processed by the nominated One New Zealand agency to fulfil the prize(s).
Protecting your information
The personal information we collect from you will securely stored for no longer than 12 months and retained in accordance our Privacy Policy.
Your rights
Participation in our Rewards programme is voluntary and you can opt not to enter a competition or redeem an offer at anytime.
You have the right to access and correct the information held about you. If you would like to make a general access or correction request relating to other personal information One NZ holds about you as a customer please do so here.
