  1. Firstly, ensure you are set up! Before the presale begins, check your Ticketmaster account is up to date, and you know your log in details for faster purchasing. 
  2. A unique code will be required for your purchase. To claim your code, click GET CODE below, and copy the code provided. If you grab your code before the presale begins, ensure you save it somewhere (e.g. write it down) so you can easily access it when tickets go on sale. Please note, the code will only work once the presale window has begun. 
  3. Click TICKET PAGE and you will be directed to Ticketmaster’s website – this page will be updated when the presale begins. If you grab your code before the presale begins, bookmark or save this URL so you can easily access it when tickets go on sale 
  4. When the presale begins (10:00am on Wednesday 10 April) head straight to Ticketmaster (don’t come back to One NZ Rewards) using the link you saved in the step above and log in to your account 
  5. Follow the instructions to continue your purchase. Enjoy your show!

Terms and Conditions

Presale:

  1. All One New Zealand customers with a My One NZ account will be eligible to redeem this offer within the promotional period, 10:00am on Wednesday 10 April 2024 until 10:00am on Friday 12 April 2024, unless sold out prior.
  2. One NZ customers can register for a My One NZ account before the purchase process.  One NZ presale is available exclusively for One NZ customers, through One NZ Rewards. A code will be required for purchase. 
  3. Tickets are offered subject to availability. 
  4. The event is for all ages. All attendees must have a ticket.
  5. Customers can purchase a maximum of 10 tickets.
  6. One NZ customers are entitled to purchase tickets before the General Public Sale.

  8. One NZ customers who redeem the offer are subject to the terms and conditions that are applicable to the event and the venue.

Competition:

  1. Any One NZ customer who purchases tickets during the One NZ presale is eligible and will automatically be in the draw to win the prize for them and up to three others. 
  2. Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
  3. The prize draw will be conducted on Monday 22 April 2024 by representatives of One New Zealand by random electronic draw. 
  4. Each winner will be contacted on Monday 22 April 2024 using the details provided as part of their My One NZ registration. If a winner cannot be reached, or chooses not to accept the prize, within 48 hours, One NZ will have the sole and absolute discretion to draw the prize again and award the prize to a new winner. 
  5. There are a total of ninety (90) spots available for the prize. The prize is:
    • Access to Tones And I’s exclusive pre-show soundcheck 
    • Meet and greet with Tones And I for an individual photo with a professional photographer 
    • Early entry into the venue before the general public
  6. Each winner is entitled to win the number of spots for the prize that equals the total number of tickets they bought in the presale (up to a maximum of four spots per winner). In order to be eligible to claim the prize, on the day the prize is drawn the winners and their guests must have purchased their own tickets to the show and acknowledge they will share the experience with the other winners and their guests.  
  7. Any other costs to attend the event are the sole responsibility of the winners and their guests. For the avoidance of doubt the prize does not include event tickets, travel to and from the venue, spending money or transfers not specified in the details of the prize. 
  8. Your prize will be organised by representatives of One New Zealand and Live Nation, and you will be kept up to date on the status and availability of your prize. 
  9. By accepting the prize, you agree to being filmed by One NZ and Live Nation at the event. You agree to make yourself available and contactable for filming at the event. 
  10. The promoter One New Zealand, and the promotion partner Live Nation, accept no responsibility if any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to extenuating circumstances, including COVID-19, for example the event being cancelled, postponed, moved or rescheduled. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute prize will not be offered.
