Terms and Conditions

One New Zealand customers aged 18 years and over are eligible to enter the competition, which runs from Monday 23 February 2026 at 9:00am to Wednesday 25 February 2026 at 11:59pm.
To enter, write which artist you are excited to see at Electric Avenue in the text box, then click the ‘Enter now’ button above. There is one entry per person.
Entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
There are two (2) winners for this competition. Each prize includes:
- Four (4) stage-side access passes to view a performance by an artist selected at the promoter’s sole discretion, for a limited period of time.
The prize draw will be conducted on Thursday 26 February 2026 by representatives of One New Zealand by random electronic draw.
Each winner will be contacted on Thursday 26 February 2026. If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, One New Zealand will have sole and absolute discretion to draw the prize again and award the prize to a new winner.
Your prize will be organised by representatives of One NZ and you will be kept up to date on the status and availability of your prize. Your prize will be sent to you via email, before the event. Each winner must provide valid contact details (including name, phone number and email address) to allow One NZ to arrange the delivery of the prize.
Each winner is entitled to take three (3) guests. In order to be eligible to claim the prize, on the day the prize is drawn, the winner and their guest must be aged 18 or above.
Each winner and their guests must hold valid event tickets to attend the event. Event tickets are not included as part of the prize and must be purchased separately.
The prizes are as stated, and no alternatives will be offered. The prizes are non-refundable, cannot be substituted, are not transferable and cannot be sold or taken as cash.
The prizes will be organised by representatives of One NZ.
Any other costs are the sole responsibility of the winner. For the avoidance of doubt the prize does not include travel to and from the venue, spending money, transfers or any other cost not specified in these Terms.
Each winner and their elected guests are subject to the terms and conditions that are applicable to the venues or activities and any other party involved in the competition (“Third Party”), including restrictions on access to venues such as an age limit. You agree that One New Zealand and any Third Party are not responsible for any refused entry, cancellations or changes to any events; lost, stolen or damaged tickets or vouchers; incorrectly completed, lost, delayed or unprocessed online purchases; or the validity of any tickets or vouchers. Any guests that accompany you to events will be deemed to have accepted these terms.
Valid photo identification must be presented on arrival at the event.
One NZ, and the competition partner Live Nation, accept no responsibility if any part of the prizes becomes unavailable due to extenuating circumstances, including COVID-19, for example the event being cancelled, postponed, moved or rescheduled. Should any part of the prizes become unavailable, a substitute will not be offered.
One NZ takes no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by the winners or their guests during the fulfilment of the prizes, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained while using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
One NZ’s decision in relation to all matters of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
These Terms may change from time to time.
One NZ reserves the right to amend, extend or cancel this competition at any time.
