Terms and Conditions

  • One New Zealand customers with an active My One NZ account are eligible to enter the promotion, which runs from Monday 4 November 2024 at 9:00am to Friday 15 November at 11:59pm. 
  • To enter, click the ‘Enter now’ button above. There is one entry per person. 
  • You must be 18 years or over to enter, or if under 18 years of age your guest must be an adult being either a parent or legal guardian.
  • Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • The prize draw will be conducted on Monday 18 November 2024 by representatives of the promoter by random electronic draw. 
  • The winners will be contacted on Monday 18 November 2024 using the details provided as part of their My One NZ registration. If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, One New Zealand will have sole and absolute discretion to draw the prize again and award the prize to a new winner. 
  • There are a total of eighteen (18) spots available for the pre-concert experience at the Christchurch show on Saturday 23 November 2024 at Wolfbrook Arena. 
  • Each individual prize includes the following for two (2) people: 
    • Access to an exclusive pre-concert performance and Q&A with Hozier  
    • A photo with Hozier
    • 1x (one) Signed Unreal Unearth Vinyls.
    • 2x (two) tickets to Hozier’s show in Christchurch on Saturday 23 November at Wolfbrook Arena.
  • In order to be eligible to claim the prize, on the day the prize is drawn the winners and their guest must:
    • be 18 years or over, or if under 18 years of age, must be supervised by an adult or legal guardian at all times; and 
    • acknowledge they will share the experience with the other winners and their guests.  
  • Your prize will be organised by representatives of One New Zealand and you will be kept up to date on the status and availability of your prize. 
  • Tickets to the pre-concert and concert are non-transferable and cannot be sold. 
  • By entering this Competition, you agree to being filmed by One New Zealand, Universal Music New Zealand and Live Nation at the event. You agree to make yourself available and contactable for filming at the event.
  • The promoter One New Zealand, and the promotion partner Live Nation and Universal Music NZ, accept no responsibility if any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to extenuating circumstances, including COVID-19, for example the event being cancelled, postponed, moved or rescheduled. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute prize will not be offered.
  • Any other costs are the sole responsibility of the winners. For the avoidance of doubt the prize does not include travel to and from the venue, spending money, food or transfers not specified in the details of the prize.
  • The winners and their elected guests are subject to the terms and conditions that are applicable to the event and the venue.
