Terms and Conditions

  • One New Zealand customers are eligible to enter to the promotion which runs from Monday 21 November at 12:00am to Sunday 1 December 2024 at 11:59pm.
  • To enter, select your preferred location, then click the ‘Enter now’ button above. Entry is limited to one per eligible entrant.
  • Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • The ‘prize’ includes one (1) Greenstone Club double pass to Summer Concert Tour for the location chosen at the time of entry for the winner, and one (1) Greenstone Club double pass to Summer Concert Tour for the location chosen at the time of entry for the winner’s nominated recipient. The Greenstone Club tickets include merch and a backstage tour. There are two (2) prizes to be won for each location: Queenstown, Whitianga and Taupo. A total of twelve (12) double passes to Summer Concert Tour 2025 will be given away. 
  • The prize draw will be conducted on Monday 2 December 2024 by representatives of the promoter by random electronic draw.
  • The winners will be contacted on Monday 2 December 2024 by email using the details provided as part of their My One NZ registration. If the winners cannot be reached within 48 hours, One New Zealand will have sole and absolute discretion to draw the prize again and award the prize to a new winner.
  • The prize will be organised by representatives of One New Zealand and will be emailed to the winners using the email provided as part of their My One NZ registration.
  • The winners can nominate one person (recipient) to receive the same prize (win one – give one).
  • When contacting the winners, One NZ will provide the winners a link to share with their recipient to enable them to receive their prize. 
  • The recipient will use the provided link to share their contact information directly with One NZ. 
  • After dispatching the prize to the recipient, all of the recipient’s personal information will be deleted within 30 days. 
  • All personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with One NZ’s Privacy Policy.
  • In order to be eligible to claim the prize, if the winner, or the winner’s nominated recipient, is under the age of 18, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 during the fulfilment of the prize.
  • The prize is as stated, and no alternatives will be offered. The prize cannot be substituted, is not transferable and cannot be sold or taken as cash. 
  • The promoter One New Zealand, and the promotion partner, Live Nation accept no responsibility if any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to extenuating circumstances, including COVID-19. Should any part of the prize become unavailable, a substitute will not be offered. 
  • One New Zealand and the promotion partner are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
