Terms and Conditions

One New Zealand customers are eligible to enter to the promotion which runs from Monday 18 November at 12:00am to Sunday 24 November 2024 at 11:59pm.

Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The ‘prize’ includes: one (1) $20 NZD The Coffee Club voucher for the winner, and one (1) $20 NZD The Coffee Club voucher for the winner’s nominated recipient. There are ten (10) prizes to be won. A total of twenty (20) $20 NZD The Coffee Club vouchers will be given away.
The prize draw will be conducted on Monday 25 November 2024 by representatives of the promoter by random electronic draw.
The winners will be contacted on Monday 25 November 2024 by email using the details provided as part of their My One NZ registration. If the winners cannot be reached within 48 hours, One New Zealand will have sole and absolute discretion to draw the prize again and award the prize to a new winner.
The prize fulfilment will be organised by representatives of One New Zealand and will be couriered to the winners’ chosen New Zealand address.
The winners can nominate one person (recipient) to receive the same prize (win one – give one).
When contacting the winners, One NZ will provide the winners a link to share with their recipient to enable them to receive their prize.
The recipient will use the provided link to share their contact information directly with One NZ.
After dispatching the prize to the recipient, all of the recipient’s personal information will be deleted within 30 days.
All personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with One NZ’s Privacy Policy.
The prize is as stated, and no alternatives will be offered. The prize cannot be substituted, is not transferable and cannot be sold or taken as cash.
The promoter One New Zealand, and the promotion partner, The Coffee Club accept no responsibility if any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to extenuating circumstances, including COVID-19. Should any part of the prize become unavailable, a substitute will not be offered.
One New Zealand and the promotion partner are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
This voucher can be used at any of The Coffee Clubs in New Zealand, to the value of twenty dollars. Must be used in one sitting and is not redeemable for cash.
