Terms and Conditions

  • One New Zealand customers aged 18 years and over are eligible to enter to the promotion which runs from Monday 11 November at 12:00am to Sunday 1 December 2024 at 11:59pm.
  • To enter click the ‘Enter now’ button above. Entry is limited to one per eligible entrant.
  • Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • The ‘prize’ includes two (2) GA tickets to Rhythm & Vines 2024 with camping and One NZ VIP access for the winner, and two (2) GA tickets to Rhythm & Vines 2024 with camping and One NZ VIP access for the winner’s nominated recipient. There are six (6) prizes to be won. A total of twenty-four (24) GA tickets to Rhythm & Vines 2024 with 12 camping tents and One NZ VIP access will be given away. 
  • The prize draw will be conducted on Monday 2 December 2024 by representatives of the promoter by random electronic draw.
  • The winners will be contacted on Monday 2 December 2024 by email using the details provided as part of their My One NZ registration. If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, One New Zealand will have sole and absolute discretion to draw the prize again and award the prize to a new winner.
  • The prize will be organised by representatives of One New Zealand and will be emailed to the winners using the email provided as part of their My One NZ registration.
  • The winners can nominate one person (recipient) to receive the same prize (win one – give one).
  • When contacting the winners, One NZ will provide the winners a link to share with their recipient to enable them to receive their prize. 
  • The recipient will use the provided link to share their contact information directly with One NZ. 
  • After dispatching the prize to the recipient, all of the recipient’s personal information will be deleted within 30 days. 
  • All personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with One NZ’s Privacy Policy.
  • In order to be eligible to claim the prize, the winner and their nominated recipient must be aged 18 or above.
  • In the event an activity is unable to go ahead for any reason; it may be cancelled, rescheduled or substituted for a similar experience by the tour operator. No monetary refund will be due to the winners.
  • The prize is as stated, and no alternatives will be offered. The prize cannot be substituted, is not transferable and cannot be sold or taken as cash. 
  • The promoter One New Zealand, and the promotion partner, Live Nation accept no responsibility if any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to extenuating circumstances, including COVID-19. Should any part of the prize become unavailable, a substitute will not be offered. 
  • One New Zealand and the promotion partner are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
