1. All One New Zealand (One NZ) customers aged over 18 years old are eligible to enter the SZA VIP experience promotion which runs from Thursday 4 April 2024 at 12:00am to Sunday 7 April 2024 at 11:59pm. Entry is limited to one per eligible entrant.

3. Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

4. The prize draw will be conducted on Monday 8 April 2024 by representatives of the promoter by random electronic draw.

5. Each winner will be contacted on Monday 8 April 2024 using the details provided as part of their My One NZ registration. If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, One NZ will have the sole and absolute discretion to draw the prize again and award the prize to a new winner.

6. There are five (5) winners for the Competition. The prize includes: 

• Two (2) tickets to SZA at Spark Arena, Auckland on Saturday 13 April 2024.
• Priority entry into the venue.
• A Live Nation on-site host throughout the night.
• An exclusive private viewing area where guests can sit back and watch SZA in style catered with food and drinks. 
• A piece of tour merchandise.

7. All winners must be aged over 18 years of age on the day the prize is drawn and acknowledge they will share the VIP area with the other winners.

8. Each winner is entitled to take one guest. On the day the prize is drawn, each guest must:

• be over 18 years of age, or
• if under 18 years of age, guests must be supervised and accompanied by the winner at all times.

9. Any other costs for the winner to attend an event are the sole responsibility of the winners. For the avoidance of doubt the prize does not include travel to and from the venue, spending money or transfers not specified in the details of the prize. 

10. Your prize will be organised by representatives of One New Zealand and Live Nation, and you will be kept up to date on the status and availability of your prize. Your tickets will be sent to you via email, before the event. 

11. By entering this competition you agree to being filmed by One NZ and Live Nation at the event. You agree to make yourself available and contactable for filming at the event.

12. The promoter One New Zealand, and the promotion partner Live Nation, accept no responsibility if any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to extenuating circumstances, including COVID-19, for example the event being cancelled, postponed, moved or rescheduled. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute prize will not be offered.
