By participating in the One NZ Rewards Movie promotion, you accept these terms and conditions and the One New Zealand Privacy Policy. Purchase of One New Zealand Rewards movie vouchers is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions, including the terms and conditions specific to the cinema (see further below).
Pricing, terms and conditions and the list of participating cinemas may vary from time to time. You are bound by the conditions applicable on the day of purchase. All vouchers and tickets are sold on a no refund, exchange or cancellation basis, please read all the terms and conditions carefully prior to purchase.
One New Zealand or its agent Rapport Group Limited reserve the right to cancel this One New Zealand Rewards benefit at any time, modify the pricing, modify the terms and conditions and to disqualify any individual who is deemed to be abusing the One New Zealand Rewards Movie promotion.

EVENT Cinemas Voucher Terms and Conditions
1. These voucher terms and conditions relate to vouchers for use at the following EVENT and Rialto Cinemas:
1. These vouchers are valid at any EVENT Cinemas, Rialto Dunedin or Rialto Newmarket in New Zealand. They cannot be used at any other One New Zealand Rewards participating cinema.
2. Vouchers will be sent from service@discover.one.nz to the nominated email address and can also be found by clicking on the gift box icon when logged into the One New Zealand Rewards website.
3. Vouchers must be exchanged for a ticket at an Event Cinemas Box Office or Candy Bar or redeemed at eventcinema.co.nz.
4. The purchase of a One New Zealand movie voucher does not guarantee availability of a ticket to a specific movie or session. One New Zealand movie voucher holders will receive no preference over other EVENT Cinemas’ customers in purchasing tickets. A refund will not be given if your desired session is not available.
5. There are four (4) types of One NZ vouchers available for Event Cinemas. One NZ Anytime Vouchers can be used at any time, while One NZ Off-peak Vouchers have blackout dates and times.

General One NZ discounted movie voucher and ticket terms:
Purchasing and refunds:
1. One New Zealand discounted movie tickets and vouchers can only be purchased at https://rewards.one.nz via the One New Zealand website, or via the My One NZ App. You cannot purchase One New Zealand vouchers/ticket prices directly through a participating cinema’s website, by phone or in the cinema.
2. During periods of high demand, stock may become unavailable, or availability may be limited. Eligible users are not entitled to any compensation for a lack of stock availability.
3. Up to ten (10) vouchers or tickets can be purchase in a single transaction.
4. Payments for vouchers or tickets can be made by debit or credit card only. You must be properly authorised to use the debit or credit card that you use to purchase the vouchers or tickets.
5. Eligible users can purchase a maximum of forty (40) One New Zealand discounted tickets or vouchers in a calendar month. Purchases in excess of this limit are deemed to be an abuse of this One New Zealand benefit and One New Zealand is entitled to cancel any vouchers or tickets issued with no obligation to refund the purchaser.
6. Payment for all vouchers and tickets is taken by Rapport Group Limited on behalf of One New Zealand Rewards. Your purchase will appear on your statement as a debit for One NZ Movies Promo.
7. From time-to-time cinema ticket prices may be lower than the purchase price of the One NZ voucher or One NZ ticket price. Eligible users are not entitled to any compensation, change or refund should a cinema ticket price be lower than the price paid on the One NZ Rewards website.
8. Once purchased, vouchers and tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the vouchers/tickets are used by their expiry date, no extension or refund will be given.
9. Prices vary between cinemas, so please check pricing prior to purchase. A payment processing fee of 4.25% is charged in addition to the voucher/ticket cost.
10. Vouchers or tickets bought through the One NZ Rewards website cannot be sold to any other individual or company, or gifted for commercial gain, without the prior written consent of both One New Zealand Group Limited and the applicable cinema. A breach of this term is deemed to be an abuse of this One New Zealand benefit and One New Zealand is entitled to cancel any vouchers or tickets issued with no obligation to refund the purchaser.
11. To the extent permitted by law, all refunds will be at the sole discretion of One New Zealand.
Use of vouchers at participating cinemas
1. Film classification rules apply to all movies. It is your responsibility to check the classification of each movie prior to purchase on the One NZ Rewards website. ID may be required. The cinema may refuse any ticket holders entry to restricted movies who do not meet the age criteria or who cannot provide proof of age, and they will not provide a refund.
2. Entry to participating cinemas is subject to the terms and conditions of the particular cinema. Any dispute to those terms and conditions need to be raised directly with the cinema.
3. To the extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter, Rapport nor its agents and distributors guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered by the venues nor can they be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage.
4. Any disputes raised by customers pertaining to use of the tickets or vouchers are strictly between the customer and the participating cinema.
5. It is the responsibility of those using the vouchers/tickets to ensure they meet all current guidelines related to Covid-19. One New Zealand will not be responsible where vaccination, testing, isolation, positive test results and any other health or travel-related requirements prevent using a voucher/ticket.
