Terms and Conditions

  • All One New Zealand customers are eligible to enter the promotion which runs from Tuesday 2 June 2026 at 12:00am to Sunday 2 August 2026 at 11:59pm.
  • To enter, click the ‘Enter now’ button above. There is one entry per person.
  • There is one (1) winner for the competition. The prize includes:
    • One (1) 12-month adult DOC Campsite Pass (valued at $295 NZD)
    • The prize is supplied as a digital pass and must be redeemed via the DOC online booking system using the winner’s own DOC account. 
    • Passes must be redeemed within six (6) months of issue. Once redeemed, each pass is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of redemption. 
    • The pass start date will be selected by the winner at time of redemption and is subject to DOC’s standard purchase conditions.
    • The Campsite Pass provides access to most DOC campsites but does not guarantee availability or a booking. Bookable campsites must be reserved in advance and exclusions or additional fees (including powered sites) may apply.
    • Use of the pass is subject to DOC’s standard terms and conditions, including maximum stay limits and excluded campsites or dates.
    • The prize will be organised and fulfilled by DOC once a winner is chosen.
  • The prize draw will be conducted on Monday 3 August 2026 by representatives of One New Zealand by random electronic draw.
  • The winner will be contacted on Monday 3 August 2026 using the details provided as part of your My One NZ registration. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, One New Zealand will have sole and absolute discretion to draw the prize again and award the prize to a new winner.
  • The prize is not redeemable for cash, cannot be substituted with an alternative prize or sold.
  • All expenses for items (including travel, accommodation, food and beverages, and any other costs) unless expressly stated will be at the cost of the winner.  
  • One New Zealand is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  The prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice throughout the promotional period. 
  • By entering the Competition you agree to participate in any publicity related to the Competition (if required), and consent that One New Zealand can use your likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording) in any media for 10 years from the date you enter the Competition without payment, to promote One New Zealand and any of its other products and services.  
  • Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
