Terms and Conditions

  • One New Zealand customers are eligible to enter the promotion which runs from Monday 1 January 2026 at 9:00am to Thursday 15 January 2026 at 11:59pm.
  • To enter, select your preferred location, then click the ‘Enter now’ button above. Entry is limited to one per eligible entrant.
    • Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • There are five (5) prizes to be won for each location: Wanaka and Taupo.
  • The ‘prize’ includes:
    • One (1) GA double pass (2 tickets) to the Summer Concert Tour for the location chosen at the time of entry. 
    • Two (2) One NZ VIP passes
    • Two (2) Signed merch items
  • The prize draw will be conducted on Friday 16 January 2026 by representatives of the promoter by random electronic draw.
  • The winners will be contacted on Friday 16 January 2026 by email using the details provided as part of their My One NZ registration. If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, One New Zealand will have sole and absolute discretion to draw the prize again and award the prize to a new winner.
  • The prize will be organised by representatives of One New Zealand and will be emailed to the winners using the email provided as part of their My One NZ registration.
  • In order to be eligible to claim the prize, if a winner is under the age of 18, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 during the fulfilment of the prize.
  • The prize is as stated, and no alternatives will be offered. The prize cannot be substituted, is not transferable and cannot be sold or taken as cash. 
  • The promoter One New Zealand, and the promotion partner, Live Nation accept no responsibility if any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to extenuating circumstances, including COVID-19. Should any part of the prize become unavailable, a substitute will not be offered. 
  • One New Zealand and the promotion partner are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
