Terms and Conditions

All One New Zealand customers aged over 18 years are eligible to enter the promotion which runs from Friday 12 December 2025 at 12:00pm to Thursday 18 December 2025 at 11:59pm.
To enter, correctly tell us which artist we’re talking about and click the ‘Enter now’ button above. There is one entry per person.
There are five (5) winners for the competition. Each prize includes:
- A double pass to the show in the One NZ corporate box
- Complimentary food and drinks
All winners (and their guest) must be aged over 18 years of age on the day the prize is redeemed and acknowledge they will share the exclusive experience with the other winners.
The prize draw will be conducted on Friday 19 December 2025 by representatives of One New Zealand by random electronic draw.
The winners will be contacted on Friday 19 December 2025 using the details provided as part of your My One NZ registration. If the winners cannot be reached within 48 hours, One New Zealand will have sole and absolute discretion to draw the prize again and award the prize to a new winner.
The prize is not redeemable for cash, cannot be substituted with an alternative prize or sold.
Any other costs for the winners to attend an event are the sole responsibility of the winners. For the avoidance of doubt the prize does not include travel to and from the venue, spending money or transfers not specified in the details of the prize.
Your prize will be organised by representatives of One New Zealand, and you will be kept up to date on the status and availability of your prize. Your tickets will be sent to you via email, before the event.
By entering this competition you agree to being filmed by One NZ at the event. You agree to make yourself available and contactable for filming at the event.
The promoter One New Zealand, accept no responsibility if any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to extenuating circumstances, including COVID-19, for example the event being cancelled, postponed, moved or rescheduled. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute prize will not be offered.
The winners and their elected guest are subject to the terms and conditions that are applicable to the event and the venue.
The Promoter (and any related third parties delivering any element of the prize) endeavours to fulfil all elements of the experience as described. The parties acknowledge the dynamic nature of live events and engagement and note that certain components of the experience prizing may be subject to modification. In the event that element(s) of the experience is altered, this will be deemed as full delivery of the prize. If any element of the overall prize becomes unavailable, or is not delivered, for any reason, the Promoter may, at Promoter’s discretion, substitute that element of the prize with one element of equal or greater value. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter will not be liable for any change in format of the experience.
Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
