Our Christmas Cookies are proudly NZ-made, from a family-owned business. And, as part of our Magic Moments charitable campaign, we’re also aiming to raise more than $150,000 for charity from this year’s bucket sales.

Terms and Conditions

  • One New Zealand (“One NZ”) customers are eligible to enter this ‘Win One, Give One’ promotion which runs from Monday 17 November 2025 at 12:00am to Sunday 23 November 2025 at 11:59pm.
  • To enter click the ‘Enter now’ button above. Entry is limited to one per eligible entrant.
  • Entry into this promotion automatically gives each eligible entrant one entry into One NZ’s ‘Win One, Give One Grand Prize’ competition. You can find full terms and conditions for the ‘Win One, Give One Grand Prize’ competition here. 
  • Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • There are ten (10) prizes to be won. A total of twenty (20) Cookie Time Christmas tubs will be given away.
  • The ‘prize’ includes: one (1) Cookie Time Christmas tub in the flavour selected at the time of entry for the winner, and one (1) Cookie Time Christmas tub in the flavour selected at the time of entry for the winners’ nominated recipient, including tracked delivery within New Zealand.
  • The prize draw will be conducted on Monday 24 November 2025 by representatives of the promoter by random electronic draw.
  • The winner will be contacted on Tuesday 25 November 2025 by email using the details provided as part of their My One NZ registration. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, One NZ will have sole and absolute discretion to draw the prize again and award the prize to a new winner.
  • The prize fulfilment will be organised by representatives of One NZ and will be couriered to the winner’s chosen New Zealand address.
  • The winner must nominate one person (recipient) to receive the same prize (win one – give one).
  • When contacting the winner, One NZ will provide the winner with a link to share with their recipient to enable them to receive their prize. 
  • The recipient will use the provided link to share their contact information directly with One NZ. 
  • After dispatching the prize to the recipient, all of the recipient’s personal information will be deleted within 30 days. 
  • All personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with One NZ’s Privacy Policy.
  • The prize is as stated, and no alternatives will be offered. The prize cannot be substituted, is not transferable and cannot be sold or taken as cash. 
  • The promoter, One New Zealand Group Limited, and the promotion partner, Cookie Time, accept no responsibility if any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to extenuating circumstances, including COVID-19. Should any part of the prize become unavailable, a substitute will not be offered. 
  • One NZ and the promotion partner are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
