Terms and Conditions

  • One New Zealand (“One NZ”) customers are eligible to enter this ‘Win One, Give One’ promotion which runs from Monday 17 November 2025 at 12:00am to Sunday 23 November 2025 at 11:59pm.
  • To enter click the ‘Enter now’ button above. Entry is limited to one per eligible entrant.
  • Entry into this promotion automatically gives each eligible entrant one entry into One NZ’s ‘Win One, Give One Grand Prize’ competition. You can find full terms and conditions for the ‘Win One, Give One Grand Prize’ competition here. 
  • Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • There are four (4) prizes to be won. A total of eight (8) Live Nation double passes will be given away; two (2) per event to the following events: 
    • OneRepublic in Auckland on Wednesday 4 February 2026
    • Jason Aldean in Auckland on Thursday 19 February 2026
    • Counting Crows in Auckland on Monday 23 March 2026
    • Matt Rife in Auckland on Saturday 17 January 2026
  • The ‘prize’ includes: one (1) double pass to the event the winner chose at the time of entry, and one (1) double pass to the event the winner chose at the time of entry for the winner’s nominated recipient.
  • The prize draw will be conducted on Monday 24 November 2025 by representatives of the promoter by random electronic draw.
  • The winner will be contacted on Tuesday 25 November 2025 by email using the details provided as part of their My One NZ registration. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, One NZ will have sole and absolute discretion to draw the prize again and award the prize to a new winner.
  • The prize fulfilment will be organised by representatives of One NZ and will be emailed to the winners using the email provided as part of their My One NZ registration.
  • The winner must nominate one person (recipient) to receive the same prize (win one – give one).
  • When contacting the winner, One NZ will provide the winner with a link to share with their recipient to enable them to receive their prize. 
  • The recipient will use the provided link to share their contact information directly with One NZ. 
  • After dispatching the prize to the recipient, all of the recipient’s personal information will be deleted within 30 days. 
  • All personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with One NZ’s Privacy Policy.
  • The prize is as stated, and no alternatives will be offered. The prize cannot be substituted, is not transferable and cannot be sold or taken as cash. 
  • The promoter, One New Zealand Group Limited, and the promotion partner, Live Nation, accept no responsibility if any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to extenuating circumstances, including COVID-19. Should any part of the prize become unavailable, a substitute will not be offered. 
  • One NZ and the promotion partner are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  • Where any third party is involved in providing the prize (“Third Party”):
    • use of the prize is subject to any Third Party’s terms that may apply, including restrictions on access to venues such as an age limit. You agree that One NZ and any Third Party are not responsible for any refused entry, cancellations or changes to any events; lost, stolen or damaged tickets or vouchers; incorrectly completed, lost, delayed or unprocessed online purchases; or the validity of any tickets or vouchers.
    • tickets and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred or sold without the prior written consent of One NZ or any relevant Third Party. It is your responsibility to ensure that tickets or vouchers are used before any specified expiry date.
    • any expenses (including travel, accommodation, food and beverage and any other costs) incurred in relation to accepting or using the prize is the winner and their recipient’s responsibility.
    • any guests that accompany the winner or their recipient to events will be deemed to have accepted these terms.
  • One NZ may extend, amend or cancel this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion.
