Entry

• All One New Zealand (“One NZ”) customers aged over 18 years old are eligible to enter the One Golden Ticket promotion which runs from Monday 19 May 2025 at 9:00am to Sunday 15 June 2025 at 11:59pm. Entry is limited to one per eligible entrant.

• Information published by One NZ on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
• One NZ may check that entries are valid and can disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including submitting an entry that breaches these Terms. Any entry not complying with these Terms is invalid.

Prize

• The prize draw will be conducted on Monday 16 June 2025 by representatives of the promoter by random electronic draw. 
• The winner will be contacted on Monday 16 June 2025 using the details provided as part of your My One NZ registration. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, One NZ will have the sole and absolute discretion to draw the prize again and award the prize to a new winner. 
• There is one (1) winner for the competition. The prize is one double pass (2 tickets) to a total of 12 Live Nation events of the winner's choice, with the events taking place in New Zealand between 16 June 2025 and 15 June 2026. The Live Nation events offered are at the sole discretion of One NZ and may include music concerts, comedy shows and selected festivals, which can be found on the Live Nation website here. The festivals available are R&V 2025, any other festival that is 100% owned and operated by Live Nation. Any other festivals will be excluded. 
• Subject to availability, the winner can choose to combine several 'double passes' for single events and therefore redeem more than two tickets for that event and take more guests. However, the yearly total must not exceed 12 double passes (24 tickets total). 
• To request the tickets of their choice, the winner must notify One NZ of their choice at least 28 days (four weeks) in advance of the event date. This request must include the total number of tickets, date of the show and location. 
• Tickets are subject to availability at the time of the winner's request for an event. 
• Ticket type is at the sole discretion of Live Nation and One NZ; however, if a preference for seated or standing tickets is included in the ticket request, Live Nation and One NZ will endeavour to accommodate this. For the avoidance of doubt, no VIP ticket packages are included in prizing.
• Once the winner requests tickets for an event and the tickets are confirmed, the prize tickets for that event will be considered redeemed, and requests to swap or change the tickets to a different event will not be accepted. 
• Any other costs for the winner to attend an event are the sole responsibility of the winner. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the venue, food and beverage costs, spending money, transfers, or any other cost not specified in these terms. 
• Your prize will be organised by representatives of One NZ, and you will be kept up to date on the status and availability of your prize. Your tickets will be sent to you via email before the event. Any physical aspects relating to your prize will be couriered to your elected New Zealand address as soon as they become available. 
• The prize is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred or sold without the prior written consent of One NZ or any relevant third party.
• If any element of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter and any third parties responsible for delivering the prize reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value or, if applicable, provide it on an alternate date. If a concert included in the prize is postponed, the Promoter will use reasonable efforts to provide tickets to the rescheduled date. If the concert is cancelled or if any element of the prize cannot be fulfilled on the originally specified date, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) with an alternative of equal or greater value, which may include tickets to another Live Nation concert, subject to availability.

General

• By entering this competition, you agree to be filmed by One NZ at each event you choose to attend to talk about your experience of winning One Golden Ticket. You agree to make yourself available and contactable for filming at each event. 
• The promoter One New Zealand Group Limited, and the promotion partner Live Nation, accept no responsibility if any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to extenuating circumstances, including COVID-19, for example, an event being cancelled, postponed, moved, or rescheduled. 
• The winner and any elected guests are subject to the terms and conditions that are applicable to any event, venue or other third party involved with the prize, including restrictions on access to venues such as an age limit (“Third Party”).
• One NZ and any Third Party are not responsible for any refused entry, cancellations or changes to any events; lost, stolen or damaged tickets or vouchers; incorrectly completed, lost, delayed or unprocessed online purchases; or the validity of any tickets or vouchers.
• One NZ is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• These Terms may change from time to time.
• Entry into this competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
