Winners can select their preferred distance from the Barfoot & Thompson Auckland Marathon, Garmin Half Marathon, One NZ 11km Traverse, or United Airlines 5km. No matter where you choose to start, all racers will cross the finish line at Auckland’s Victoria Park!

Terms and Conditions

  • All One New Zealand customers aged 18 years and over are eligible to enter the promotion which runs from Friday 2 May 2025 at 2:30pm to Sunday 25 May at 11:59pm.
  • To enter, click ‘Enter now.’
  • Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • The prize draw will be conducted on Monday 26 May 2025 by representatives of the promoter by random electronic draw.
  • The winner will be contacted on Monday 26 May 2025 using the details provided as part of your My One NZ registration. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, One New Zealand will have sole and absolute discretion to draw the prize again and award the prize to a new winner.
  • There are five (5) winners for the competition. The prize includes:
    • One (1) ticket to run in any of the events in the Barfoot & Thompson Auckland Marathon on Saturday 1 November 2025.
  • Your prize will be organised by representatives of One New Zealand, and you will be kept up to date on the status and availability of your prize.
  • The winners will receive a link where they will need to register themselves for the race distance of their choice. It is the winners’ responsibility to ensure they register through the link provided. Only the race entry is included.
  • Any other costs are the sole responsibility of the winner. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the event, spending money, or transfers not specified in the details of the prize.
  • The winners are subject to the terms and conditions that are applicable to the event and the venue.
