• All One New Zealand (“One NZ”) customers aged 18 years and over are eligible to enter to this competition which runs from Monday 17 February 2025 at 9:00am to Sunday 16 March 2025 at 11:59pm.

• Information published by One NZ on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
• Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms.
• Any entry not complying with these Terms is invalid.
• All valid entries will be entered into a draw to win with winners drawn at random.
• One NZ may check that entries are valid and can disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including submitting an entry that breaches these Terms.

Prize

• There are 500 winners for the competition.
• The prize is four tickets to Bluey’s Big Play at Spark Arena, Auckland on Friday 25 April 2025 at 5pm for each winner:
• The prize draw will be conducted on Monday 17 March 2025 by representatives of One NZ by random electronic draw.
• The winners will be contacted on Tuesday 18 March 2025 using the details provided as part of your My One NZ registration.
• The winner will have until Sunday 30 March 2025 to redeem the prize. After this, the code will become invalid and One NZ will redraw the prize to award to a new winner.
• Each winner is entitled to take three (3) guests. In order to be eligible to claim the prize, guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the fulfilment of the prize.
• Your prize will be organised by representatives of One NZ and you will be kept up to date on the status and availability of your prize. Your prize will be sent to you via email, before the event.
• Any other costs are the sole responsibility of the winner. For the avoidance of doubt the prize does not include travel to and from the venue, spending money, transfers or any other cost not specified in these Terms.
• The prize is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred or sold without the prior written consent of One NZ or any relevant third party.
• Children aged 12 months and under are free but must be on an adults knee, children requiring a seat will need to be allocated a ticket.

General

• By entering this competition, you agree to being filmed by One NZ and Live Nation at the event. You agree to make yourself available and contactable for filming at the event. 
• The Promoter, One New Zealand Group Limited, and the promotion partner Live Nation, accept no responsibility if any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to extenuating circumstances, including COVID-19, for example, the event being cancelled, postponed, moved or rescheduled. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute prize will not be offered. 
• The winners and their elected guests are subject to the terms and conditions that are applicable to the event, the venue and any other third party involved with the prize (“Third Party”).
• One NZ and any Third Party are not responsible for any refused entry, cancellations or changes to any events; lost, stolen or damaged tickets or vouchers; incorrectly completed, lost, delayed or unprocessed online purchases; or the validity of any tickets or vouchers.
• One NZ (and any related Third Parties delivering any element of the prize) endeavours to fulfil all elements of the experience as described. The parties acknowledge the dynamic nature of live events and engagement and note that certain components of the experience prizing may be subject to modification. In the event that element(s) of the experience is altered, this will be deemed as full delivery of the prize. If any element of the overall prize becomes unavailable or is not delivered, for any reason, One NZ may, at its discretion, substitute that element of the prize with one element of equal or greater value. For the avoidance of doubt, One NZ will not be liable for any change in the format of the experience.
• One NZ is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• One NZ accepts no responsibility if any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to extenuating circumstances, including COVID-19, for example the event being cancelled, postponed, moved or rescheduled.
• No responsibility, liability, cost or obligation which arises or has arisen out of this Competition, including selection of winners and provision of the Prize to any winner, resides with or is attributable to BBC Studios or Ludo Studio. 
• These Terms may change from time to time.
• One NZ reserves the right to amend, extend or cancel this competition at any time.
