Terms and Conditions

  • All One New Zealand customers aged 18 years and over are eligible to enter to the promotion which runs from Wednesday 9 October 2024 at 9:00am to Sunday 20 October 2024 at 11:59pm.
  • To enter the, click 'Enter now.'
  • Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • The prize draw will be conducted on Monday 21 October 2024 by representatives of the promoter by random electronic draw.
  • The winner will be contacted on Monday 21 October 2024 using the details provided as part of your My One NZ registration. If the Winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, One New Zealand will have sole and absolute discretion to draw the prize again and award the prize to a new Winner. 
  • There are eight (8) winners for the competition. Each prize includes:
    • Two (2) '3 Day GA Festival Passes' to Rhythm and Vines 2024
    • Two (2) One NZ camping passes
    • Access to the side-of-stage viewing platform
    • Access to the One New Zealand VIP area
  • Each winner is entitled to take one (1) guest. In order to be eligible to claim the prize, on the day the prize is drawn the winner, and their guest must be over 18 years of age.
  • Your prize will be organised by representatives of One New Zealand and you will be kept up to date on the status and availability of your prize. Your prize will be sent to you via email, before the event. Any physical aspects relating to your prize will be couriered to your elected New Zealand address as soon as they become available.
  • Any other costs are the sole responsibility of the winner. For the avoidance of doubt the prize does not include travel to and from the venue, spending money or transfers not specified in the details of the prize.
  • The winners and their elected guests are subject to the terms and conditions that are applicable to the event and the venue.
  • Valid photo identification must be presented on arrival at the event.
  • The promoter One New Zealand, and the promotion partner Live Nation, accept no responsibility if any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to extenuating circumstances, including COVID-19. Should any part of the prize become unavailable, a substitute will not be offered.
  • One New Zealand takes no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by the winner or their guests during the fulfilment of the prize, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained while using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
