Terms and Conditions

  • All One New Zealand customers aged 18 years and over are eligible to enter to the promotion which runs from Wednesday 9 October at 9:00am to Sunday 20 October 2024 at 11:59pm.
  • To enter, click ‘Enter now.’
  • Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • The prize draw will be conducted on Monday 23 October 2024 by representatives of the promoter by random electronic draw.
  • The winner will be contacted on Monday 23 October 2024 using the details provided as part of their My One NZ registration. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, One New Zealand will have sole and absolute discretion to draw the prize again and award the prize to a new winner.
  • There is one (1) winner for the competition. The prize includes:
    • Return flights (economy, seat + bag) for two (2) from the major domestic New Zealand airport closest to the winner’s address to Gisborne Airport. The winner and their guests are responsible for getting to their departure airport. 
    • Accommodation for 4 nights in the One NZ designated campground (pre-erected tent provided) 
    • Two (2) '3 Day GA Festival Passes' to Rhythm and Vines 2024
    • Two (2) One NZ camping passes (one 2-person tent)
    • Access to the One New Zealand VIP area
    • $500 NZD spending money.
  • The winner is entitled to take one (1) guest. In order to be eligible to claim the prize, on the day the prize is drawn, the winner and their guest must be aged 18 or above.
  • Travel is subject to availability of flights.
  • The prize is as stated, and no alternatives will be offered. The prize cannot be substituted, is not transferable and cannot be sold or taken as cash.  
  • The prize trip needs to be booked at least four weeks in advance of travel and the winner must confirm their travel dates by 2 November 2024. This includes flights, accommodation and the activities. All elements of this prize must be redeemed during the chosen travel dates. No changes are permitted once the booking is confirmed. Any extension to the duration of trip is at the winner’s own cost. Requests to swap or change flights, accommodation, or any other element of the prize will not be accepted.
  • The winner’s guests must travel on the same flights as the winner.  
  • The prize will be organised by representatives of One New Zealand and the winner will be kept up to date on the booking process of the prize. The winner will be sent an itinerary of the prize and any relevant documents via email, within 14 days of all the aspects of the prize being confirmed. 
  • Any other costs are the sole responsibility of the winner. For the avoidance of doubt the prize does not include travel to and from the venue, spending money or transfers not specified in the details of the prize.
  • The winner and their elected guests are subject to the terms and conditions that are applicable to the airlines, venues or activities and any other party involved in the promotion.
  • The winner must supply a valid New Zealand bank account for the prize money to be transferred into. The prize money will be the value as specified in the prize. The prize money is in NZD and includes GST. It will be transferred to the winner within 14 days of all the aspects of the prize being confirmed. 
  • Valid photo identification must be presented on arrival at the event.
  • The promoter One New Zealand, and the promotion partner Live Nation, accept no responsibility if any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to extenuating circumstances, including COVID-19. Should any part of the prize become unavailable, a substitute will not be offered.
  • One New Zealand takes no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by the winner or their guests during the fulfilment of the prize, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained while using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
