In 1954 New Zealand, Nellie and Daisy attempt to escape an institution for delinquent girls, however not only are they caught, it triggers a relocation to a facility on a remote island. The duo become a trio as well-to-do Lou joins them, and life on the island takes shape under the command of devout Matron.

There are ten (10) winners for the competition. Each prize includes:
One (1) double pass to see We Were Dangerous valid at any participating cinema showing this film.
The prize draw will be conducted on Wednesday 21 August 2024 by representatives of One New Zealand by random electronic draw.
The winners will be contacted on Wednesday 21 August 2024 using the details provided as part of your My One NZ registration. If the winners cannot be reached within 48 hours, One New Zealand will have sole and absolute discretion to draw the prize again and award the prize to a new Winner.
The prize is not redeemable for cash, cannot be substituted with an alternative prize or sold. The prize must be used while the movie is still showing in cinemas, it will not be replaced if it is not used in time.
The prize will be organised by representatives of One New Zealand and will be couriered to your chosen New Zealand address as soon as it becomes available.
Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
