Terms and Conditions

  • All One New Zealand customers aged 16 years and over are eligible to enter the promotion which runs from Monday 14 August 2023 at 12:00am to Sunday 10 September 2023 at 11:59pm.
  • To enter, click ‘Enter now.’
  • Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • The prize draw will be conducted on Monday 11 September 2023 by representatives of the promoter by random electronic draw.
  • The winner will be contacted on Tuesday, 12 September 2023 using the details provided as part of your My One NZ registration. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, One New Zealand will have sole and absolute discretion to draw the prize again and award the prize to a new winner.
  • There is one (1) winner for the competition. The prize includes:
    • Return flights (economy, seat + bag) for four (4) from the major New Zealand airport closest to the winner’s address to Whitsundays Coast Airport (including a domestic flight(s) if required) up to the value of $5,000 NZD. The winner and their guests are responsible for getting to their departure airport. 
    • Accommodation at Whitsundays Reflections Airlie Beach for 5 nights in a two-bedroom apartment.
    • Sunset Cruise for four (4) people with Sundowner Cruises.
    • Scenic flight over Heart Reef and Whitsunday Islands with Fly Aus Charters for four (4) people 
    • Whitehaven Beach Day Trip for four (4) people with Zig Zag Whitsundays.
    • Return airport transfers from Whitsundays Coast Airport to Whitsundays Reflections Airlie Beach.
    • Bookme $500 voucher, to be used within 12 months of the prize being awarded.
    • $5,000 NZD Spending money.
    • $300 NZD towards the cost of travel insurance for the group travelling (this is to be arranged by the prize winner). The winner is responsible for using this money to purchase the travel insurance of their choice.
  • In order to be eligible to claim the prize, winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 during the fulfilment of the prize.
  • Travel is subject to availability of flights, accommodation and activities, and will need to be completed between 10 October 2023 and 14 December 2023, or 28 January 2024 and 28 March 2024.
  • Travel is not permitted between 15 December 2023 and 28 January 2024.
  • The prize trip needs to be booked at least four weeks in advance of travel. This includes flights, accommodation, sunset cruise, Whitehaven Beach Day Trip and the scenic flight. All elements of this prize must be redeemed during the chosen travel dates. No changes are permitted once the booking is confirmed. Any extension to the duration of trip is at the winner’s own cost. Requests to swap or change flights, accommodation, or any other element of the prize will not be accepted.
  • The prize winner and any guests must each have a valid passport to travel. The winner’s guests must travel on the same flights as the winner.  
  • The winner and their guests will be required to provide copies of their passports to claim the prize. These details will be shared with the agencies of One New Zealand in order to fulfil the prize.
  • The prize will be organised by representatives of One New Zealand and the winner will be kept up to date on the booking process of your prize. You will be sent an itinerary of your prize and any relevant documents via email, within 14 days of all the aspects of your prize being confirmed. 
  • The winner and their guests must be eligible for travel and meet any applicable Government and airline travel requirements, hold appropriate valid passports, visas and documentation to travel to Australia to enter the draw. If the prize winner cannot travel for any reason (including the inability to travel due to COVID-19), the prize will be forfeited.
  • The winner and their elected guests are subject to the terms and conditions that are applicable to the airlines, venues or activities and any other party involved in the promotion.
  • The winner must supply a valid New Zealand bank account for the prize money to be transferred into. The prize money will be the value as specified in the prize. The prize money is in NZD and includes GST. It will be transferred to the winner within 14 days of all the aspects of your prize being confirmed. 
  • Valid photo identification and a valid credit or debit card must be presented on arrival at the accommodation to cover the cost of any incidentals during the stay. Guests unable to provide a valid credit or debit card may be required to pay a cash bond.
  • The promoter One New Zealand, and the promotion partner Bookme, accept no responsibility if any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to extenuating circumstances, including COVID-19. Should any part of the prize become unavailable, a substitute will not be offered.
