How to use your Hoyts Cinema vouchers

Your vouchers can be used at any HOYTS Cinema for any movie (subject to the restrictions as outlined in the terms and conditions). To redeem your vouchers you can either:

Go to the ticket counter at the cinema

1. Before heading in, check on the HOYTS Cinema website that there are still tickets available for the session you want to go to and that the movie isn’t a Special Event.
2. Print out your vouchers or show your vouchers on your phone at the ticket counter. 
3. The staff will exchange them for tickets for a session for you. Simple!

Book tickets on the HOYTS Cinema website (online booking fees apply)

1. Head to the HOYTS Cinema website.
2. Pick the movie and cinema you want to go to.
3. Pick the session you want to go to. Before you go any further just check:
   • The session is not on or after 2pm on a Saturday or Sunday, or on a public holiday. 
   • Is the session a LUX, D-BOX or a special or group event? You can not use vouchers for these sessions. 
   • If the session is Xtremescreen or 3D you can use your vouchers, but you’ll need to pay an upgrade fee.
4. Choose your seats.
5. On the ticket page, click on the button that says “Vouchers” then enter the long code showing on your first voucher, add the related pin and press redeem.
6. Continue adding any other vouchers you want to use for this session. You'll see any booking or upgrade fees showing on this page.
7. Press proceed, add food & beverage if you want then pay the online booking fee and any upgrades you might have been charged.
8. HOYTS Cinemas will send you your tickets.
